Export Maintenance Tasks

One of the most important outputs from any RCM analysis is the list of scheduled maintenance tasks.

RCM Desktop Advanced Edition allows the user to export the task list into a variety of different file formats for subsequent importing into your maintenance management system.

The facilitator makes any necessary adjustments to the way the tasks are displayed.  For example, it is possible to reveal desired columns, hide unwanted columns, change the sort order and group by certain columns.

The data is then exported, as shown.

RCM Desktop can export to HTML, XML, XLS and plain text formats.
