When you purchase your RCM Desktop licence(s) you will have the option to buy Full Technical Support (which is renewable annually).

Full Technical Support provides the following benefits:

  • Unlimited telephone and email access to our support team during UK office hours
  • Minor version updates to RCM Desktop (eg v1.4 to v1.5) supplied free of charge
  • Major version upgrades to RCM Desktop (eg v1.x to v2.x) supplied at discounted cost


For every licence purchased, a free period of Full Technical Support is provided as follows:

  • Ultimate Edition: 90 days
  • Advanced Edition: 60 days
  • Intermediate Edition: 30 days
  • Basic Edition: 10 days
